How It Works

When you market your home with Play4Property, your home is included in our global property pool of available homes for our winners choice.With each competition close, the winner gets to choose the home of their choice, up to the prize value amount, from the homes marketed in our database (the property pool). The winner may choose one (or several lower priced homes) up to the value of the competition prize limit. So whether your home is a small studio apartment, a sprawling country estate, a tropical bungalow, a house in the suburbs - it could be just what our next winner is looking for!

Legals and Finance

If your home is chosen by a winner, Play4Property facilitates the property sale transaction between you and the winner, with our lawyers, and you receive market value for your home (as at the competition close date) and our winner gets the home, keys to the door, free and clear title/deeds to the house, and the luxury of never having to pay rent or mortgage payments again!

What It Costs

Marketing your home in our property database involves a one time administrative fee as follows:

• Premium Property: $375.00
• Featured Property: $250.00
• Priority Property: $125.00
